Silvertrophy has been trading for three years and uses the internet as a sole route to market for a range of Presentation Awards and Gifts. In a traditional market served by small independent retailers, being online gives Silvertrophy a number of unique selling points,

Digital Refresh worked closely with Silvertrophy to automate the relationship with their supplier. This allows internet orders to be forwarded directly to the manufacturer, removing the need for Silvertrophy to carry stock.
Objectives
The scope of the project was to,

The Solution

• Designing an aesthetically pleasing website with an instinctive to use navigation structure, ensuring that the website visitors can find products easily. • Developing powerful content management tools that enable Silvertrophy to quickly and easily publish information into their website. • Implementing a secure online shopping basket, integrated with an uncomplicated fraud control strategy. • Creating an efficient management system that automated the ordering process between Silvertrophy and there supplier • Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy helping Silvertrophy to grow sales. • Enabling clients to specify inscriptions and font details as part of the ordering process. • Enabling the personal details and preferences of customers who have subscribed to the website to be stored in a database. Silvertrophy can retrieve a list of specific customers they wish to contact (e.g. all customers who purchased an annually trophy 11 months ago) and automatically e-mail the list of matching customers with a relevant message. • Creating an effective marketing strategy that has made Silvertrophy to the largest and most respected supplier of Silver awards.
Results
Since implementing the Digital Refresh solution, Silvertrophy have; • Seen online sales grow in 3 years from zero, to being the largest trophy reseller in the UK. (Including online and traditional High St retailers). • Secured a contract to supply Argos • Been able to control costs by managing their website content easily and effectively in house. • Not needed to carry stock • Restricted online fraud to an absolute minimum.
